LondonOrder 2 x Sayl chairs. Paid in full and delivery was organised to me in London but then, after payment, told me they only had one delivery day option every week to London (the one day I wasn’t there) and were totally inflexible to offer an alternative. So, as they couldn’t deliver on any other day I arranged for them to be delivered to a Suffolk address on a day that suited THEM not me. I got a confirmation email the day before to say they would be delivered. I took a valuable day off work, drove 2 hours to the property in Suffolk, sat there from 8 am to 5:50pm and the chairs never turned up. I emailed the salesman John during the day and asked for an ETA and John told me there wasn’t one just between 8am - 5 pm. I emailed again at 5pm and said I’d hang on a bit but they hadn’t arrived. Didn’t arrive by 5:50pm and I had to leave to get back to London for an evening clinic which I would arrive late for - no apology - no attempt to rectify - just said they’d refund. Don’t waste your time ... I’ve never had such a disinterested service and let’s see if the refund arrives!
