About the Business

Based near Brighton, East Sussex, we are a bespoke furniture manufacturer with over 60 years experience in antique reproduction and contemporary furniture. All of our pieces are custom made using the skills of the traditional Sussex cabinet maker. On traditional pieces the stains are mixed and applied by hand to give a colour and rich patina only found in the most exclusive of items. After lacquering, pieces are 'cut-down' and 'pulled over' in the manner of the French polisher. We use only the highest quality woods including mahogany, oak, walnut and cherry.
